Goals' Jira tab, unable to see the list of Jira items that are linked

On the Jira tab, I can only see the number of work items but not the list of work items. After adding a new link, it will appear for a split second and disappear. Feels like a bug but I had trouble raising a ticket for Atlassian Support for Goals (Cloud Free)

I have never seen this before. Have you tested to clear the browser cache or tried another browser?

If you can see the number of tickets related it sounds more like a permission problem. For Company managed projects you need to have the 'Browse projects' permission. For team managed projects you need to be a member of the project.
