If you navigate to the Home page in Atlas, there's a link to both project and goal updates on the left hand side.
When you click the link for e.g. project updates, you should see an overview of all project updates made in the last week (followers do receive a weekly digest email of those same updates automatically, by the way, with a link to that same overview). Using the arrow links at the top of that screen, they can scroll through the historic overviews week by week.
It works in the same way for goals, the main difference being that the overview and digest emails are monthly instead of weekly.
