I am currently trying out Teamwork Collection for myself an 3 colleagues. I've just realised that somehow we seem to have two apps for Confluence - https://xxx-team.atlassian.net/wiki/home and https://xxx.atlassian.net/wiki/home.
I'm not sure if this is because I previously set up a Loom account on its own and because Teamwork Collection includes Loom already, or if I've somehow signed up for Confluence twice.
There seems to be two 'sites' - the 'team' one just Confluence listed as an app, whereas the URL without the word team has Confluence, Jira, Loom.
Do I need to delete one of the sites? Or do I just not worry about it and tell my colleagues to use the site without the word team in it, since it includes the three programs?
Hi @Angela and welcome to the Community!
I suppose you have (over time) started 2 separate trials of products. If you do this from the internet, where you can start a free trial, it should offer you the option to either switch an existing site that you own to the teamwork collection or let you start a new site.
The different URL's you refer to indeed indicate that you have (with your Atlassian account, which is identified to your email address, two different sites.
Starting a try for Loom would not explain having 2 different Confluence products listed on both sites, though. In admin.atlassian.com, though, you should be able to see all organisations (the level above a site) you have access to each site to review e.g. the billing history for each app. That should give you more insights into where they came from.
To work with your colleagues, you should be using the site that has all 3 apps in it. That's the one that matches the teamwork collection.
Hope this helps!
Thanks so much! Yep, I wonder if I signed up for a Confluence trial and then discovered Teamwork Collection. I can see the one that has 3 apps, so this is what we'll use. Appreciate your help!
