we are trying to disable a user and keep getting the following message:
can't deactivate this account.
The account for __________ can't be deactivated becuase: User is last billing contact of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
What are the specific steps to resolve this??
@Stuart Smith you will need to add an additional billing contact. I would suggest adding two. You can follow the KB here https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/how-do-i-add-a-technical-or-billing-contact-to-my-account/
If you do not know of anyone on your team who can add billing admins you will need to contact Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

@Stuart Smith It could be for an account that you do not have access to. I would suggest contacting support as they will be able to see and help you out.
