Delete a duplicated organisation

I have a duplicated organisation "X" by the same name, and I want to remove the it so it is only one organisation.

When I open the organisation this is the error:

"Uh oh! Something went wrong.

There was a problem fetching the organization name."

And also this message:

"You need permission

Request access from your administrator."

The problem is, I can´t remove it due do permission, and I´m the Admin.

I am trying to determine whether this is a global organization issue in Atlassian Cloud or a local configuration problem...

Could you please help confirm the following:

• Is the duplicate visible in Atlassian Admin (admin.atlassian.com) or inside a Jira project
• Are you listed as an Org Admin?
• Does anyone have access to the broken org, or does everyone see the same error?
• Did this appear after any recent changes (domain verification, migration, or site setup)?

I overall notice behavior similar to previously reported cases where admins get “problem fetching the organization name”, access denied / “request access from your administrator”and a duplicate or “ghost” organization that cannot be opened or deleted

These cases were typically resolved by Atlassian support as backend organization metadata issues (orphaned/duplicate org records), rather than permissions or JSM configuration.

Hi @Mirek 

• This is in Atlassian Cloud 
• The duplicate visible in Atlassian Admin (admin.atlassian.com)
• I can´t access anything in the organization after I select it
• It happened after a site setup, did previous a setup with the same organization  name, since I thought it not succeed in first place. (then it turned out it was already there) so 2x name with same organization name.
