Do you have any plans to provide similar dashboards for customers to get insights into the tickets they have submitted (by reporter or by organization)?
Yes. We have had limited success with 3rd party apps in regard to customer graphs and metrics. It would be wonderful if Atlassian had some built-in options for customers, like you do for agents.
