I have no experience in any of these products, how do you set-up a Delivery Office, with common workflows, portfolio tracking, project planning, reporting, do you offer any specific training in this area?
I think the tools are all incredibly flexible and can be configured to suit any team's needs. I think your question might be a bit too broad to get the answers you're looking for without more details. There are also Atlassian partners who can help set your teams/company up for success which might be helpful depending on your company size and needs!
Thanks Amanda, in summary I have been asked to build a Delivery Office/PMO function, the company already has Jira and Confluence which I have no experience of (and Im not the best technically). I have been asked to work out how to set up a portfolio management function and was just trying to find out if there are teams or companies that can do this for us, or if this is so simple its something we could do ourselves with some online guidance/training?
