I have set up an admin account for my client. However, when I try to add the Organization to begin adding users, it's throwing an error, saying to try again in a few minutes. I've now tried a dozen times over the course of 24 hours and I'm still experiencing this error.
Atlassian doesn't have a customer service to look into my specific account. Any tips on what the issue is? Are there any workarounds to be able to add users to my account?
Can you rule out any cached session weirdness by opening in a new incognito tab or browser?
