Configure Target date Quarters

Is there a way to configure the quarters present within the "Target date" field in Atlas? The fiscal year for our company runs Feb - Jan. I have the Financial Year updated accordingly for Plans, but Atlas appears to be using some other configuration for setting the quarters it shows.
