Hello, I signed up to this tool a few minutes before a meeting that was going to be on Microsoft Teams as Teams had been having issues with screen recording. I managed to get Teams working at the last minute so did not end up using Atlassian/Loom. I was not aware there was a charge as this was not explicitly stated and retrieving support via any other channels seems almost impossible. I would like to delete my account and all associations of my data according to UK GDPR regulations. I will look into legal support if this cannot be fulfilled as I cannot see any other means of contacting Atlassian support. Many thanks and I look forward to your response.
Best wishes,
Deborah

Hi @Deborah O
If you were on the Free plan, it is impossible. I will make a request from this thread. Atlassian should reach in 2-3 business days.
Hi Nikola, thank you very much. I look forward to getting a response.
Best wishes,
Deborah

Hi @Deborah O
Thank you for reaching out.
You can delete your account directly by following our Delete your Atlassian account | Atlassian Support.
If the self-service deletion cannot be completed (or if you encounter any restrictions), please create a ticket with our dedicated team:
Go to the Atlassian Support.
Select Personal Data and GDPR → Request a copy of your personal data.
In the description, state that you require an Atlassian account deletion and explain why the self-service options could not be completed.
Include a link to this Community thread for context.
Once our support team validates your identity and authentication, they will assist with expediting your request. (Please note that account deletions can only be accelerated to a minimum of 15 days in accordance with data retention policies).
Best regards,
Maksym
