Can't deactivate an account

I need to deactivate an account, moronic Atlassian settings won't let me.

The issue is that there is a cancelled subscription is still considered active until the billing period is ended, and all subsequent process is blocked.

This is stopping me linking to my work Atlassian account.

Pathetic by Atlassian, any suggestions?

I understand that you are frustrated, let's fix that issue. Click on your avatar -> Account settings -> Account preferences -> Delete account.

Can't because...

  1. I got Loom subscription, which requires getting an Organisation
  2. I can't delete my personal account until I've deleted the Organisation
  3. The org can't be deleted until subscriptions are cancelled
  4. I cancelled the Loom subscription, but "helpfully" it stays active and can't be removed until the end of the already-paid billing period
  5. So the Org can't be deleted
  6. So the user can't be deleted
