Atlas (aka Platform Experiences) Use Cases

Can anyone share any videos or documentation of people detailing their use cases for Atlas (aka Platform Experiences)? We're trying to decide if we should change processes and start utilizing Atlas, but, playing around with it, we aren't seeing it as something that will be useful/helpful. It's been difficult to understand what benefits it provides.

Hoping to understand how this tool fits into the process for others, why they find it helpful, and what benefits they are seeing from its utilization.
