Add grouping by topic to "See all activity" history view

Hello, community!

When reviewing recent community history (See all activity), it can be easy to miss something.  The view currently shows things in date/time order, newest to oldest.  And so there could be multiple entries for the same thread taking up space...and hiding single topic entries...as you scroll through them.

What do you think of adding an option to group results by the topic, and then by date/time order?  That would allow rapid scanning of results.  As a bonus feature, this could be collapsible by topic to show one row per entry.

That's a 'bell' thing in the top menu? Can't find any community history in my UI
