Hello! My other account tmwpgj@gmail.com has been blocked. And I can't get data from it and even go into it. I understand why they block accounts from Russia. But I would really like to get my data, there are a lot of important things there. What can be done in this situation?

I'd recommend to contact the support https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ in case if they have any backup data.
