I am facing issue regarding the payment for every month. I have added Payment details on every month but again and again receiving email to add payment details. Request you to please check what is the exactly. I have added today also but payment not completed and again received the email regarding Add the payment details.

Is this within your Atlassian account? What does it show for payment details on https://myatlassian.com for the subscription? Does the link in the "add payment details" take you to a screen that asks for the details? Can you complete everything in there ok?
Screenshots might be helpful, but only before you enter data (last thing you want is your card details out on the web!), and later, the text of any error message or confirmation you get.
