We have Okta provisioning configured for Atlassian. Users are getting provisioned no issue, however the new users are not getting their email invite from the API provisioning. I am able to go back into the Atlassian admin portal and resend the invite which they receive no issue.
Am I missing a setting in that the activation invites are not getting sent to the new users at the time of the API integrated provisioning?
Check that your email server isn't blocking any Atlassian email domains?
Hi Randy, You might be better asking this question in the Atlassian Access group as SAML / Scim sync providers like Okta are an Access only feature.
