Hi,

The Atlassian account associated with my work email address has been deactivated. I have no idea why and have been unable to find a way to resolve the issue. I need access to the account as soon as possible as it's critical to my being able to do my job.

Hi @Craig Harris , thanks for your post.

You need to contact someone who is an organization admin in your company, or someone who can access the admin.atlassian.com site to sort out your account following these instructions - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/enable-deactivated-account-to-provide-site-access/

Hi @Valerie Knapp I regained access to my work account last Wednesday without doing anything. I was able to use it for the rest of the week, but today I've run into the same issue and can't access it.

My company does not have access to our Trello board and there are only two other admins on the board, both of whom did not deactivate my account, so I'm really perplexed about why my account has now been deactivated twice for no apparent reason.

Is there a technical support team that could look into this?
