I had an atlassian account, primarily for Trello use. This account existed for maybe two weeks before I updated the attached email to my school's internal email.
When I later logged into this account on a different computer, I was unable to get in, and ended up logging into a different account, under the public email I have from my school.
This is a result of my school's two-mail system, which I did not at that point have a full understanding of, with one email as the one you log in with, and the other as the one that will show up on accounts publicly. I recognise how this problem started, but am now unable to fix it.
My main problem now is this: I have an active Trello board that I can now only manage from the laptop that is still logged in and I will likely lose access to it at some point, as when I attempt to log in via my school's internal mail, it will always redirect me to my public email's account.
Since both of these emails have an ending that include my school name, they are both managed. This means I cannot manually change the emails and fix it myself, in addition, the IT department of my school doesn't know of any atlassian administration on their side, so don't have access to the admin side either.
My end-goal here would be to have the board on my old internal mail account merged into my public mail one, so that I can continue using my school email to log in, and also have access to the active project board I am managing through that account.
A second solution could be to figure out who specifically manages the organization I am managed by, so that I can contact that person directly, but I have been unable to find this information through Atlassian account management or admin.atlassian.com.
Preemptive thanks for the help.
