I don't usually deal with this Application too often, however today I wanted to update and expired MS Entra Certificate for Atlassian Cloud.
All went well until I wanted to login to Atlassian, where I am prompted with the following error message:
"Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in. We're having trouble logging you in. There seems to be an issue with your identity provider. Wait a few moments, then try again. Try logging in again f5bc8b69-d360-4604-94b7-15676db95dca"
on the address bar I can see:
"?error=access_denied&error_description=Invalid thumbprin"
This recurs on 2-3 browsers with cleared cache and site data.
Due to this fact I cannot open a case......
LE: Other team members can access the site, however I did not check with the other Site Administrators.

We are having the exact same issue. I have created a support ticket but it would be nice to provide a solution here so that everybody knows how this has been solved.
Same exact error here. Can't login with my company SSO, which is working fine for everything else. Other team members can get in. What was the resolution?

This is am ORG widespread issue.
Entire organization is down and production is affected but I cannot open a freaking case.
Can some from Atlassian get in touch?
