We have been receiving monthly payment notifications from Atlassian but it includes an email address that is now defunct and no longer required. Can't find out how to remove it as the Atlassian admin section is a rabbit warren. Any specific tips?

I would open a ticket to Atlassian for this. They are the only ones who can access your instance / admin.atlassian.com site directly to see what is going on - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
