Best Method To Change Cover and to Edit Text in PLR Ebook?

I am brand new to PLR and reaching out for help on first-time re-purposing my first PLR Ebook.  Can anyone point me to a step-by-step tutorial and give me any suggestions?

I am 80+ years of age and need all the help I can get! (;>)

I don't think PLR is an Atlassian product, are you asking in the right place?  Could it be a system based on Confluence or Trello?
