Good Morning, I am currently trying to use Zephyr and I am receiving an error message that "something is wrong" and the team will be notified. However the problem continues. I have cleared the cache, logged out and back in. Are their other remedies for an issue like this?

Welcome to the community. Since Zephyr is a third party add-on for Jira/JSM, you should contact the SmartBears (vendor of the add-on) for direct technical assistance.
