Populate the attached file on customer portal in JIRA 8.2.3

Hi,

While adding the newly attached file in transition screen on workflow and also let u know that attachment field is on optional. But after post function, attached file is only showing on Agent Portal but not showing in Customer Portal.

Is there any way to show the newly attached file on customer portal.

I am unable to show the newly attached file on customer portal

Kindly let me know in case of any update

After changing to "wiki style renderer'',  i am facing same issue. 

Only the existing file customer can view in case exist in the issue but customer can't view newly added file.
