Charts and Reports Filter Error

Hello,

I am using the Charts and Reports application in JIRA to filter issues

I am using the Charts and Reports application in JIRA to filter issues with the following query:

project = "FO Support & Maintenance" AND issuetype = "[System] Incident" AND status != Canceled.

However, when I view the results, the filter returns only 57 issues (as shown in the image), while I was expecting 431.

There is no problem in the filter of the All Request widget. I checked there.

Could anyone guide me on why the filter is not displaying the expected number of issues?

Hi @Emirhan Türkay , thanks for your question. 

Please can you check there is only one status selected in the dashboard view? The ... makes me think more than one status is included. Can you also please check the 'more filters' and Advanced sections for any differences?
