As @Arkadiusz Wroblewski had mentioned, unfortunately Easy Reports Free - Custom Charts cannot directly replace view26 Charts & Rpt for Jira Service Mgt Standard on the Jira Service Management (JSM) customer portal.

Based on the currently published feature set, Easy Reports Free cannot be used as a direct replacement for view26 inside the Jira Service Management customer portal.
