CFS – Multilevel Select Picker field showing error on transaction pop up screen

I have added CFS – Multilevel Select Picker field (Custom Field Suite - Powerful custom fields for Jira (FREE) - JIRA Toolkit Plugin) showing error on transaction pop up screen.
This is a multilevel cascading field, but when we try to more next transaction, with required fields on transaction screen, it is showing below error.
