Aircall & VOIP Phone Systems for JSM?

Hi all,

My team is developing a custom solution to integrate telephony systems like Aircall, Dialpad, and Ringcentral to Jira Service Management.

Example flow when you get an inbound call:

• Match the number to an existing customer in JSM, or create a new customer.
• Create a new ticket for agent and link to customer
• Provide AI summary of the call (when call ends)
