unfortunately, I'll have to join the list of vendors who can't add the required tags to our article. And I also can't access the HTML editor, mentioned here.
What I see is this.
Could we ask you and/or somebody else from Atlassian to check if we have been really granted all the permissions that are indicated by the FAQ linked above?
Sorry to hear that! I'm not positive why some things are working for some partners and not for others. You should be able to view HTML above formats when editing the article (as pictured below)
As far as tags, please add them to the bottom of your app demo and we will get them included as soon as possible. Thank you
Folks also don't use tags consistently. We already have "apptoberfest2023" and "apptoberfest-2023". It's getting difficult to keep track of all submissions, and it hasn't even really started yet. :)
Dear @Kelsey Van Scoy , I got Badge 3 on Community for a while and posted to claim Marketplace Partner Badge. I want to have permission to submit article in time for Apptoberfest, whom can I get contact to? I'm afraid I might not be able to post an article on time though. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
May I check if this post is still counted? I published it as a discussion. And if not, is there any other way to switch it instead of reposting? Thank you so much!
I've reached out to Monique and requested access for you both. She's away at a conference this week, so response time might be delayed. If you'd like to post a discussion instead then we will count it this time. It looks like other partners have (will ensure the rules are more clear next year).
However, if you'd like to wait the rest of the week to see if we can get you access then that's fine too! Only thing to note is I can not edit discussion posts, so if you need help embedding a video, I will not be able to edit the post and do it - I only have access for articles.
Thank you both for your patience and understanding.
@Kelsey Van Scoy Thank you so much for the update, I look forward to next week being able to claim badge and post articles. Oh 1 quick question, in scenarios that our app falls in the week of Oct 16 DevOps, should we post an article in the week (starting from Oct 16 - 20) or we should post beforehand with the deadline on Oct 16. Sorry for the misunderstanding and thank you for the previous responses!

Hi @Peter_DevSamurai - of course! The deadline for demos is October 15th. Between October 1 and October 15, publish a post with your video embedded (or a link to it) and add one of the following tags.
The discussions are just a bonus add on each week!
Iโm sorry for the inconvenience. Iโve chatted the community team and they are investigating. If youโve published an article (not a discussion), I will be able to embed the demos by end of day Tuesday. I unfortunately donโt have access to edit discussions. Thank you!
We are looking forward to ApptoberFest with my team. However, being pretty new to the community i just realised I don't have the Add an article button in the App Center, to upload our App video.
Hooray @Kelsey Van Scoy , I am able to publish articles and just did my first one ever, thank you so much. But can you help me embed the video onto the post.
Here's the link: AgileTest Article. Unfortunately I still have not had the HTML feature on my end. Thank you and have a wonderful week ahead!
