🆕Discover how Exporter for Jira now turns Work items exports into automated PMO reports

For the PMO and project teams, project reporting from Jira still requires too much manual work:

From building filters to exporting data... and don't get me started with the spreadsheets work and all thar prep time to send it to correspondent stakeholders. That's annoying!

Luckily from the past months, we've been transforming Exporter for Jira, to help the teams working with projects to alleviate that manual work, and focus on bringing those reports without manual work, and automating its delivery.

Exporter for Jira is no longer an utility to just export Work items from Jira to Excel or CSV, it's evolving in a resourceful tool to help you build, schedule, and deliver recurring Jira reports focused on helping to track the PMO progress, detect risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Instead of just export a bunch of Work items, Exporter for Jira now allows you to curate that data, focused on bringing the information that's relevant to the project stakeholders such as Status, priorities, assignee, dates, SLAs, etc. this way, your data will be telling a story, instead of just a bunch of Work items.

Send those curated reports to the stakeholders of interest by simply scheduling recurring reports, directly from Jira and this can be send daily, weekly, or monthly, getting straight to each of those stakeholders email inbox.

You also benefit from sharing reports with PMOs, managers, executives, or external stakeholders, export project relevant JSM data such as SLAs or approvals, managing permissions, and connecting this reporting tool with third party software via API.

🆕▶️The latest Monthly Reports feature helps to generate recurring project reports with the data that helps to understand project performance, reviewing activity and keep stakeholders informed.

The current goal of Exporter for Jira is simple: spend less time collecting Jira project data, and instead, invest that time in improving decisions, delivery and team alignment.

I'm curious, so I'm dropping it, just in case someone wants to share: How does your team handles PMO reporting? Do you export manually, or do you automate part of this process?
