@mohammad_moattar you can add multiple Epics to a project. It just depends on where they live. If they are all in the same project you should be good. If there are Epics in that project that you don't want to include or if they exist in multiple projects you most likely would want to use filters for your data source.
Go to plan settings and use the source data to add projects, boards, or filters to include the epics and issues you want. I like to use an initiative and have it as the parent issue to my Epics.
I've heard that there is a practical limit to the number of items you can add but I haven't encountered any issues with my plans.
@Danno Thanks for coming back to me. The projects that I'm referring to are the ones in Atlassian Home and not Jira. You can break down the plan as Goals > Projects > Epics > Stories however It seems that the projects are equivalent to the epics
@mohammad_moattar LOL! I obviously didn't pick up on that. I have tried to implement Atlas for myself just to see if it would be good for reporting. That said, it's a bit confusing to deal with but one option would be to not fill in the Epic in the creation pop-up. Once the project is created you can link an Initiative to the Atlas Project that has all of the Epics as children. I haven't tried that yet to see if the Goals etc. populate down through the hierarchy.
I have this same issue! It's odd to set up Atlassian teams, goals, etc for every single EPIC within a Software Project in Jira when usually I just want to map that project to a software project
