How can I get velocity chart against a sprint? The issues are not estimated in story points but hour.

When we go to velocity chart report under any project, the following message is displayed:

"There are no available sprints for this board."

Your estimates should be on stories only then it will be taken into account as per the above open issue.

From the comments on above ticket

it affects Velocity chart since we estimate in sub-task level and the original estimate for parent is 0
