新規プロジェクトの作成（今までのメンバーも刷新する）

Jiraの、全く新しいプロジェクトの作り方を教えてほしいです。ログインした後に単純にプロジェクト作成すると、いままでのユーザーが自動で全部割当たっていて、これからの新フェーズではメンバー変わるので、メンバーを変えたいからです。 

恐らくトップ画面左上の四角の集合（スイッチャー？）を押して、所属を切り替える必要があると思うのですが、同じアトラシアンアカウントでバリエーションを増やさないと新たなメンバーでのプロジェクトが作れないと思っています。その作り方を教えてほしいです。

You can create a project from scratch, but you will have to add members according to your needs. I leave you these two articles that may help you.

thanks for your reply, but I wanna create a completely new project. When I do that as you instructed, the member is the same automatically after all. 

It seems there are several groups? accounts? shown at the left-top of the page below (swicher?). I suppose the member of the project is same however we create new one.
I wanna create completely new one probably by swiching the groups(accounts?).
Do now know how?

(Maybe the projects you have must be containing various members according the projects....I wanna be like you all...)
