How can I add Story Bug (sub task) as a Child Issue? How can I change the Issue Type Scheme?

In my integration between TestRail and JIRA, I'd like to push a Defect (Bug) and have it link as a Child Issue under the related User Story. Currently, I can only put "Subtasks" as Child Issue...
