Podcast: How Atlassian Puts Customers First

Hi everyone!

Did you know that Natalie Baryshnikova, head of product at Atlassian, sat down with SAFe Fellow Adam Mattis at the SAFe Summit in Prague to discuss the importance of putting the customer at the center of product development? It was such a great discussion about Customer Obsession! I learned a ton during this 45 minute podcast! 

During the podcast they discussed:

This sounds a bit ironic when one looks at the customers' satisfaction on the feature requests side. Unfortunately, Atlassian reputation is far from being one of "customer oriented". Many features that shall be easy or state of the art to implement aren't - for untransparent reasons.

Grateful that Atlassian is moving forward and making goals to truly support the customer.  Innovation is the key and keeping up with what the customers want and need.
