I am trying to gain access so that I can view (primarily) integration documents as they pertain to recording and telephony integration (AVAYAY / CISCO)

This site is primarily aimed at questions and discussions about Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, Trello, etc) at a global level - akin to Apple or Microsoft forums. I'm thinking it's possible you might be looking for some specific documents hosted by your company on a Confluence site - is that right? If so, I'd recommend contacting your company's IT department to grant you access to that Confluence instance.
Otherwise though, happy to have you here! We've got a wide group of Atlassian users across the world and in every type of industry.
