I am currently logged in via my company email in the Atlassian community. What happens after my account gets disabled? Is there is a way to link my personal account to the Atlassian community? The company email keeps changing every 3-5 years.
If your Atlassian account is not managed by your company, then you can simply change the email address on it to whatever you want.
If your company has a sensible policy on changing your emails (i.e. the old one still works for a month after you get the new one), then again, you'll be able to change the email address to the new one (the change process needs you to read emails sent to both addresses)

@Sanjog Sigdel You should create a new community account and then reach to the Community managers so that they associate/move over your current account's history to the new one.
