I do classroom trainings, as well as eLearning videos in Camtasia.  I also sit down with users on a one-on-one basis when they are having problems.

I've also joined a team to help provide support and help configure Confluence and JIRA.

I love the flexibility of JIra and Confluence and I love shortcuts and power user tips!
