Welcome to the wild world of the Atlassian Community! The Community platform is an expansive resource––it can be hard to get your bearings at first, but after some exploration, you'll be navigating like a pro. To help, read this glossary of terms and be sure to ask any questions you have in the comments below!

Content

Articles

Articles offer authors another unique advantage––feedback from the largest group of Atlassian users in the entire world. When you write an Article, you can expect input from our Community full of experts, Atlassians, and likeminded users alike who are equipped and eager to help. To learn more and to apply for Article writing permissions, read: Atlassian Authors, everything you need to know.

Discussions

Discussions give members the chance to pick the brains of fellow Community users + Atlassians who can share their unique experiences and points of view.

Questions

Questions allow members to source answers from the broader Community of experts + Atlassians alike. Before you ask your question, be sure to search the Community to see if your answer already exists.
