Happy Wednesday Everyone!
I posted a similar topic about this a couple of years ago, which was based on the first time I had seen it almost five years ago now. The other day, I took the free test again. I wanted to see things were still the same as when I first took the test. I had changed jobs, I’ve been working from home, I have two small children and my list of hobbies has changed. To my surprise it had changed! To make sure this wasn’t a fluke. I took the test again about two weeks later and (yes my answers changed slightly based on how I was feeling each day) but sure enough I was in the same “new“ personality type.
Previously, I was a Defender, but it would appear that now I’m an Advocate. I also had my wife try this again and sure enough her type has changed as well from a Virtuoso → Adventurer.
So what does this mean? I’m not 100% sure but I’d be willing to state that I believe our environment both work and personal as well as our lived experiences and members of our social circles can have an influence on our personality type. There will always be some core things that won’t change, (which is why I didn’t see a massive change in personality types) but knowing were you are can help you better understand your own strengths and weaknesses.
If you have never taken this test before, please do and let me know in the comments when type you ended up with.
If you have taken the test before, please do so again and let me know if your personality type is still the same as before, or if yours has changed as well.
Have a great rest of the week!
