Hey @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-!

We have discovered that if we take sign-ups too far in advance, we end up needing more people to fill in as replacements for the person that originally signed up.  Since we have been implementing the strategy of only opening them up while the current page is active and then waiting until closer to the time that we need more people to sign up, there has been less need for last minute fill-ins.

I'll be sure to let you know when we start taking sign-ups again.
