Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

A few of us have experimented with GPT and it's pretty much the definition of "terrible".  Grammarly wants me to change that sentence to be less negative.  But it really needs to be more negative, and I don't know how to do it without swearing.

Yes you can chat with it, but it delivers utter drivel when asked to talk about all sorts of software (obviously, the Atlassian Community has tried it mostly on Atlassian questions).

Don't use it, it's not ready.

Moving on, where are you trying to create files and documents?

@Nasreen Khan @zahar karet

You need to do a lot of reading up on what AI, machine learning, and, expert systems are.

If you get stuck, then the best place to ask is in fora dedicated to them; unrelated Communities (like the Atlassian one you have posted on here) probably won't have a lot to tell you.

All I can do is reiterate what I said before - a trained ChatGPT 'bot gave us four useful answers to almost a thousand questions in Community.

That went up to about twenty when we tried to ask more clear questions with more detail, but this does mean that it could only be useful if people can be trained to ask good questions.

I'm afraid that at least 90% of questions asked online are far too poorly formed to get a good answer from a human, let alone an AI.
