Using Jira and Confluence for Risk and Compliance

I've seen the talks and pages about how Atlassian uses Jira and Confluence to manage their own risk and compliance program. 

I want to implement this at my company. Are the "blueprints" for how to build this out available so I don't have to recreate the wheel? The workflows and ticket types etc.?

my name is Matthias, and I am running the so-called "NICE Framework" that utilises Atlassian's products Jira, Jira Service Mgmt and Confluence (+ some marketplace add-ons) to implement Risk-Mgmt., Internal-Controls as well as Compliance and Governance workflows within companies via blue-prints/best-practise-templates. The templates can be easily used for (i) internal department work and/or (ii) work with dedicated external auditors (e.g. from Big4), lawyers, tax consultant data protection officers etc.
