Atlassian’s Trust team has recently completed the CyberGRX assessment to provide an additional mechanism for our customers to request information about our security practices and program from our team. CyberGRX is a leader in vendor risk management and works with companies like ADP, AETNA, and Blackstone.
Many of our field reps encountered requests from customers using CyberGRX to handle vendor risk management. Customers who are evaluating purchasing our products can simply log in to CyberGRX, find our pre-compiled assessment in their directory, and request access to the assessment. Then we can either approve or deny that request; upon approval the CyberGRX proprietary questionnaire we completed will be available to that customer for evaluation of our responses.
If your customer mentions they would like to use CyberGRX to review Atlassian documentation and they do not have a CyberGRX account please send them this referral link. It will direct them to a form that they must complete out in order for us to share our documentation.As of right now access is limited to the Trust team and all requests for documentation will be routed to us for approval.
In true Atlassian spirit we believe that opening as many channels for our customers to self serve is a more scalable approach to customer service. We will continue evaluate services like this as it supports our strategy as a team and company.
