Atlassian Security Profiles at Whistic

Atlassian’s Trust team has recently completed Product Security Profiles to provide an additional mechanism for our customers to request information about our security practices and program from our team. Whistic is a leader in vendor risk management and works with companies like Okta, Airbnb, and Zynga.

Many of our Support and Field Services reps have received requests from customers to complete industry standard questionnaires which detail our security, operational or enterprise programs. Customers who are evaluating purchasing our products can simply log in to Whistic, find our pre-compiled standard questionnaires, and request access to them. For most of our security profiles, we have added the Cloud Security Alliance CAIQ questionniare, CAIQ-Lite, Standard Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaire and an ISO27001/02 questionnaire and we will be evaluating additional questionnaires as appropriate. Upon approval, you can review the pre-compiled questionnaires responses.

In true Atlassian spirit we believe that opening as many channels for our customers to self serve is a more scalable approach to customer service. We will continue evaluate services like this as it supports our strategy as a team and company.
