Halp Security Profile at Whistic

Atlassian’s Trust team has recently completed Product Security Profiles for our Halp product, adding to the existing Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, Trello, Opsgenie, Statuspage and Jira Align Security Profiles, to provide an additional mechanism for our customers to request information about our security practices and program from our team. Whistic is a leader in vendor risk management and works with companies like Okta, Airbnb, and Zynga.

Many of our Support and Field Services reps receive requests from customers to complete industry standard questionnaires which detail our security, operational or enterprise programs. Customers who are evaluating purchasing our products can simply request access to these Security Profiles at Whistic, review or download our pre-compiled standard questionnaires, speeding up their own vendor review processes. For all of our security profiles, we have added the Cloud Security Alliance CAIQ questionnaire, CAIQ-Lite, Standard Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaire and an ISO27001/02 questionnaire and we will be evaluating additional questionnaires as appropriate. Upon request, you can review the pre-compiled questionnaire responses.

Our Halp Security Profile includes a Cloud Security Alliance CAIQ questionnaire, as well as the CAIQ-Lite, a SIG-Lite questionnaire, an ISO 27001 questionnaire, the Vendor Security Alliance (VSA) questionnaire, and a response to the Log4J vulnerability.

In 2021, our Whistic Security Profiles were shared over 175 times with customers, speeding up their Atlassian review process.
