Atlassian is Level 2 Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) certified!
This is a great achievement to enable our automotive clients in Deutschland (Germany) (D), Austria (A), and Confœderatio Helvetica (Switzerland) (CH) (also known as DACH region) to use our cloud product offerings.
What is TISAX?
TISAX is a security standard created in 2017 by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) in 2017 to ensure a base level of information and cyber security in the European auto industry. Governed by the ENX Network, there are three levels to TISAX, and Atlassian is now Level 2 certified for information with high protection needs. TISAX requirements directly map to ISO27001 controls, which we are audited against every year. The TISAX assessment takes place once every three years.
How does this help us with our cloud goals?
By achieving TISAX compliance, our automotive customers in the DACH region can have greater confidence in the security of our cloud environment. Furthermore, since this is a common standard in the industry, it provides regulators with greater assurance regarding our customers' use of our cloud products.
