why trello decices to close boards without our approval?

I found multiple boards to be closed without our approval or permission. I find that unprofessional and disruptive. Unless we close the boards they should be left alone!

we had a trial and i was told by the trello support team that the board that where created during that trial wont be closed that was true for months. why the change?

The only time Trello will auto-close boards, is if you downgrade from Business Class to Free. In that case, Trello will close all but 10 of your boards (the open board limit for Free users is 10).
