I installed a Windows 11 Pro update, version 22H2. From now on, the application starts, but there is a message that "something went wrong" and I do not have access to my notes.

Could you please uninstall and reinstall the Trello Windows app following these steps:
Go to the Start menu > Settings > App > Search for “Trello.”
Click on Uninstall.
Once you do that, please reinstall the app via the Microsoft Store.
