We use Chrome and/or the desktop Trello app. I have 8 team members each with their own board and cards for each client of theirs. I then have 5 support staff that access and support each board. Some of the work from a few team members is not saving, but this issue is irregular. The following day the work they did is 'missing' on occassion.
We all work remotely.
Has anyone else seen this type of issue or have suggestions for solutions? Thank you
Any chance those users are not saving/submitting changes? You could review the activity to see if the changes has been submitted.

@Torben_trello Are you able to provide the steps on how to review activity? My team is experiencing this same issue in Jira and it's causing double the work. I'd appreciate any tips. Thank you
