"Account does not have permission to open this board" after repeated invitations being sent

Have invited (a few times) this person to our Board but she gets this message whenever she selects to 'Go to the Board'. Have removed her from the board and then re-invited but she gets the same error message. I'm sure the answer is obvious. My apologies.

Hi Megan,

The error that the user is receiving, normally means that they are trying to access the board from an account that is different to the one that you invited. If you'd like us to look into this further, send us a ticket at https://trello.com/contact with a link to the board and the email address for the person that you've invited.
